Terms and Conditions*:
• Gift and any discount are not an integral part of our Services. Once published, these will only apply to print subscriptions. Also, these are only for an "individual" subscriber and his one-copy subscription order for delivery within Haryana,India. Gifts, if announced, apply only to new subscribers and not to renewing subscribers. Please note that gifts and discounts are not valid on multiple orders or bulk subscriptions.
• Please note that all rates, gifts and benefits are subject to change without notice. We may withdraw free services or gift offers at any time and without notice, subject to feasibility. We may add new services or change current offers/gifts without notice, subject to availability and financial feasibility.
• Once you place your order, it will take 4-6 weeks for you to receive your first newspaper. After that, it usually arrives every two weeks. The fortnightly Discovery Times newspaper is typically mailed on the 9th and 24th of each month and reaches subscribers within up to 3 to 15 days, depending on destination. The fortnightly Hindi newspaper Discovery Times is published on the 9th and 24th of every month, and subscribers receive it within 3 to 15 days.
• All copies of Down To Discovery Times will be sent to subscribers in India by regular post via India Post, Government of India and no charges will be charged. If any issue is lost in transit due to mailing problems, the subscriber must contact us in writing within one month. We will make sure to send you a replacement copy quickly and promptly.
• If there is a lockdown, pandemic or other natural disaster where we are unable to print your newspaper, we will endeavour to send you a digital version of our newspaper instead in the meantime. For this to work, each subscriber must provide an email ID.
• By deciding to place an order with us, you agree to all of our terms and conditions.
All disputes that may arise shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Kurukshetra
